Friends event: Audley End outing

Join the Friends of Norwich Cathedral on a trip to Audley End house and gardens on Thursday 23 June.

The house, one of the greatest houses of early 17th century England, was remodelled in the 1820s to restore its original Jacobean character. The grounds were designed by Capability Brown. During our visit you can look round the house, explore the service wing, with kitchens, dairy and laundry, see the stables and horses and look round the award-winning garden, kitchen garden and parkland.

There are two cafes on site or bring a picnic. Please note there is no lift to access the first floor.

Tickets cost £15 for English Heritage members and £35 for non-English Heritage members. Please note there will also be an additional charge of £5 for people who are not a member of the Friends of Norwich Cathedral.

The coach will leave Norwich Cathedral at 9.15am on Thursday 23 June.
