Nutrition and Brain Vitality

Anne-Marie Minihane, Professor of Nutrigenetics at the UEA Medical School and Director of the Norwich Institute of Healthy Ageing, will give an illustrated talk on Thursday 20 January at 2.30pm in the Weston Room.

She conducts research into how what we eat and drink can affect the health of our brains.  She will explain how some important components of diet have a positive impact on cognition, and how that, along with other aspects of lifestyle, can reduce the probability of dementia in old age.

Tickets are £6 for Friends of Norwich Cathedral and £9 for non-members.
To book, email friends@cathedral.org.uk or call 01603 218317.
