Opening Times

Norwich Cathedral (c) Bill Smith

In line with government advice, the Cathedral is now open daily for worship and general visitors.

The opening times are 7.30am until 6.30pm every day.

Please note that, due to a Norwich School event taking place, the Cloisters will be closed to the public between 1pm and 2.45pm on Monday 21 June.

Please note that the Cathedral will be closed to the public on Wednesday 23 June after the 8am service until 1pm. This is due to the Consecration of the next Bishop of Lynn taking place. The Consecration will take place at 11am and will be live-streamed on the Norwich Cathedral Services YouTube Channel via this link.

The main entry to the Cathedral is via the Hostry entrance and a limited number of people are currently allowed in the Cathedral at any one time.

People will continue to be asked to wash their hands with sanitiser on arrival, observe social distance and keep two metres apart.

Jarrold at the Refectory Café will be reopening on Monday 17 May and from this date will be open 10.30am until 3.30pm seven days a week.

The Cathedral Shop is open 10am until 4pm Monday to Saturday and Sundays from 12pm until 3pm.
