Lonely Arts Club 'Haven' Exhibition

19 July - 6 August, times vary
Hostry Exhibition Space
A picture of work to be exhibited as part of the Haven exhibition
An exhibition of the many interpretations of the word ‘Haven’, a word historically associated with the Hostry from the days when, as a Benedictine Priory, this space provided shelter and accommodation for visitors to the Cathedral. Today, the Hostry still represents a quiet transitional space from the busy world outside, leading to a spiritual inner space within the Cathedral. Through a selection of various visual media, we invite you to contemplate and explore these meanings of ‘Haven’ in the artwork displayed.

Exhibition free to attend. Open 9.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Saturday and 10.00am - 3.00pm on Sundays.
