Join us for a day of learning about your church’s potential for mission and community service.

The morning session will be dedicated to discussions about the challenges and opportunities around interpreting your church’s history. The afternoon session will guide you through practical uses of your church building to better meet the needs of your congregation, community and visitors. This will include looking at community engagement, making physical adaptations to the building as well as thinking about what it really means to open up your church to the wider community.

The day will be of most use to those who are just starting to think about opening up their church and are interested in exploring ideas and options, although we welcome those who are at any stage of the process.
