We live in a complex world with a rapidly increasing population, placing enormous strain upon the earth and its systems. In parts of the world a large proportion of the population is either overweight or obese while in other parts millions of people face food shortages and even starvation. The question is, can our scientists help us to solve these problems?

Join us for an engaging panel discussion on food research, the production of food, maintaining a healthy diet and caring for the environment. During the evening our panel of guests, researchers and practitioners in their own right, will each speak about their area of work and address these and challenging other questions. The audience will also be given the opportunity to ask questions and share their views, before panel members offer some concluding thoughts.
