Lord our God, source of life and love, who inspired your bishop Herbert to build this house of prayer for the offering of your eternal praises:
Grant that we and all who seek you here may find it a place to be holy, a place to feel welcome and a place to learn of your saving love.
May all who call upon your Name here receive the gracious gifts you have in store for them, that through the offering of their lives your glory may be advanced and your kingdom increased.
We ask this through Jesus Christ our Lord.
