Wellbeing: Labyrinth Walk and Talk

This session will introduce mindful walking of the labyrinth, and teach you how to draw your own finger labyrinth, so you can always have a labyrinth with you when you need it. Books on the labyrinth from the library collection will be available for you to browse.

A labyrinth is like a maze, but it is a single twisting path which takes you to the centre and then back out again. Walking a labyrinth can help you to focus on the moment, because you don't have to make choices about which way to go, you simply follow the path.

Entering the labyrinth can help to clear and still your mind as you move away from the concerns of your life into the space of the labyrinth.
