Radcliffe on Trent Male Voice Choir
This is a short lunchtime recital of varied music, given by the Radcliffe on Trent Male Voice Choir.

The choir was formed in 1983, and has established a reputation for high standards of singing and presentation. Their repertoire comprises over 260 pieces, covering 400 years, and spanning many styles from Byrd to a work specially commissioned in 2010.

The choir has given over 450 concerts in England and Wales; taking in 200 venues from village halls to rural churches as well as 17 cathedrals, including Llandaff, Ripon, Exeter, Wells, Lincoln,  Liverpool, York and Southwell Minsters. Other venues of note include the Whitehall Palace, The Royal Hospital, Chelsea, Cardiff Arms Park, as part of a World Choir event, with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and the ‘Cutty Sark’ in Greenwich.

Most recently, the choir appeared at the Royal Albert Hall, London in October 2016, as part of the prestigious 25th London Welsh Festival of Male Choirs. The concert, which featured over 600 choristers and an audience of 6,000, was the culmination of 18 months’ work.

The recital is free to attend; all are welcome.
