Baptism, Eucharist, Ministry: what we hold in common
Join us in the latest of our Norwich Centre for Christian Learning sessions in the Cathedral Library.

The “Lima Document” is a statement, originating from the World Council of Churches in 1982, of what brings us together as Christians, whilst also highlighting some things which still keep us apart. In each of our three sessions, representatives of different Christian denominations (Anglican, Orthodox, Roman Catholic, Non-Conformist) will consider what in the document touches them most, and what is most challenging for them. There will be lots of opportunity for discussion, and you are encouraged to read the appropriate section of the Lima Document in advance of the session (can be downloaded here, or contact us for a printed copy). We aim to produce from the sessions a document which can be shared further with our churches. In this, the first of three sessions, we will consider Baptism. Further sessions on 19 March (Eucharist) and 16 April (Ministry).

Tutors - Canon Peter Doll, Father Liviu Barbu, Mrs Clare Richards, Mrs Barbara Searle.

Cost - £10 per session, or £25 for the three booked together.

To book please contact the NCCL admin team on 01603 218327 or email NCCL@cathedral.org.uk.
