Trails for Schools
The Cathedral Animal Trail and other activity
trails.
Children are encouraged to help Noah fill his
ark with amazing birds and beasts, ranging from unicorns and pelicans,
to cats, frogs, dragons, lambs, rhinos, canaries, pelicans, and swans.
The colourful animal trail has been drawn by artist Mary Tattersfield.
Saul Penfold, Education Officer, said, "it is a great way for children
to feel that there is something there for them. What's more, it's fun.
The animals can be hard to find. They can appear rather unusual, as they
were often carved or drawn by artists who had never seen them before."
The animal trail takes the Noah's Ark theme, and was designed for 5 -
12 year olds, and is available for a minimum donation of 50p.
Other Trails include;
