The Dean and Chapter reserve the right to vary arrangements at the Cathedral and we apologise if any parts of the Cathedral are inaccessible at the time of your visit. Wherever possible we will inform you of these at the point of booking. If for any reason we find it necessary to cancel a school booking, the Dean and Chapter cannot be held liable for the cost of transport, accommodation or any other costs which may have been incurred as part of the visit thus cancelled.

We would like to be able to take and publish (either ourselves or in other appropriate media publications) photos taken of your pupils in the course of their visit. Unless you inform us otherwise we will assume that you have obtained parents' permission for us to take such photos and publish them (electronically or otherwise) for the purposes of promoting the Cathedral its estates facilities and services.
