This one-day conference will explore some of the religious themes of one of the most popular works of medieval literature.

Speakers to include:

Dr Jonathan Wooding, Senior Lecturer and Director, Centre for the Study of Religion in Celtic Societies, University of Wales Lampeter

Dr Jude Mackley, lecturer in medieval and English literature at the University of Northampton

Dr Patricia Rumsey, a Poor Clare nun 

Dr David Jenkins, Archdeacon of Sudbury
