What children, parents and teachers say about us
In their own words - what children, parents and teachers say about us.
- When I come into the City after school I see the Cathedral and immediately think of home. (Year 8 pupil)
- These sorts of events mean that my children will come back again and again and that they will always love this place. (Parent)
- We were very impressed with the tour, the knowledge and facts given to us. It was really enjoyed by both children and staff. (Primary School visit in March 2008)
- I made a dragon a really cool one it was brilliant. Thank You. (Pupil)
- I have been here all day, I came from Acle to make things at this event. We stayed for lunch and afternoon tea. We’ve had a great day. I think this is really a wonderful way for children to engage with a spiritual space. They felt very welcome and they want to come again and again. We’ve had a great young vicar at Acle, who has welcomed people in, like here, people you wouldn’t normally expect to come. It’s all about community - I think that’s really important and missing a lot in life sometimes. We’ll definitely be back. (Parent)
- I thought Cathedrals were boring, but they’re really fun. (Year 6 pupil)
- A real delight to bring my daughters to holiday activities again. Congratulations to Jill. Look forward to the next two sessions. A delight to have something so safe and intelligent for the girls. (Parent)
- I made a ZedBra and have had lots of fun. We are now going to the herb garden to hunt the bugs. Emma (age 7) and Danielle (age 6)
- We really appreciate the time, effort and enthusiasm you and your colleagues put in to making these visits a huge success with our students. (High School visit in July 2008)
- I enjoyed drawing the Dean, sorry I made him look so old. He and everyone were charming. A wonderful introduction to Norwich, the Cathedral and its people.
- This Trail has appealed to all generations of our family. A very good idea. (Grandparent)
