Different ways of making a donation
Thank you for considering making a donation to the Norwich Cathedral Choir Endowment Fund.
If you do decide to donate and are a UK taxpayer please consider adding Gift Aid.
By using Gift Aid, for every pound you give, Norwich Cathedral will get an extra 25p from HM Revenue and Customs.
A Gift Aided Donation of £100 can be turned into £125 - imagine the difference that could make and it will not cost you any extra.
There are many different ways you can donate.
Using a credit or debit card you can
donate online
now.
If you would like to consider making a
regular gift
we can give you information on how to set this up easily and quickly.
If you would like to donate by means of a cheque or CAF form or shares please download our
donation form
.
If you would like to donate through the Government’s Payroll Giving Scheme, you can ask your employer to deduct a specific amount from your pay to give to Norwich Cathedral as a donation. This is treated as a pre-tax deduction. In other words, if you are a standard rate taxpayer and wish to give Norwich Cathedral £10, it will only cost you £8.00. This can be set up as a regular monthly deduction. If you are interested please contact us and we can sort the arrangements with your employer.
Sometimes employers have a policy of matching employees’ donations to charity. It is worth enquiring.
If you are considering leaving a legacy to the Endowment in your Will or Codicil please contact the
Secretary
who is happy to discuss what is involved.
