Susan looks after our Reception desk at the Cathedral office and deals with enquiries from telephone callers and those who visit the office in person. 12 The Close, Norwich, NR1 4DH

Alan Kefford is in charge of the Cathedral Office and acts as an intermediary between the Chapter and the many business contacts of the Cathedral. Alan attends all Chapter meetings.

Sue Ball works closely with the Chapter Steward providing advice on a range of issues including employment and H&S, insurance, IT and communications. Sue also oversees the day-to day administrative requirements of the Cathedral. Contact Sue for enquiries about wedding or commercial photography at the Cathedral.

Julia Curtis is a Chartered Accountant with responsibility for Cathedral finances, working closely with the Chapter Steward. Julia is supported by a team of three staff, including Simon Howard, Assistant Finance Manager.

Angela Stevenson provides secretarial and administrative support to the Dean within the Cathedral Office administration team. She co-ordinates the Dean's appointments diary and is the principal point of contact for all enquiries to the Dean. Angela is also responsible for the production of the monthly Cathedral newsletter and compilation of the Cathedral's Events listings.

Jill Napier handles our outreach and community work as well as dealing with school and other education visits.

The Schools Officer works closely with the Community Learning Officer to help develop the cathedral’s thriving learning programmes across the whole age range with schools, and through family and community learning.

Gudrun Warren manages the modern theological and historical library collections. She is a Chartered Librarian. The library is open to the public Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 9.30am - 4.30pm.
