Historic Chrismas Fayre in the Cloister

Come and enjoy Christmas shopping with a difference at Norwich Cathedral! 

 

A range of stalls in the stunning Cloister walkways, plus entertainment, festive food and Cloister walks.

Quality traders and merchants, in lavish costume and from all four corners of Britain, will offer a wide variety of unique gifts and hand made goods from their traditional stalls, in the atmospheric and specially-lit Cathedral cloister.

Mulled wine, a hog roast and other culinary delights  are also  available.

Minstrels and entertainers will perform and demonstrate a fabulous selection of instruments and tunes, as well as dances and tales from the past.

The Guild of Historical Interpreters will provide costumed characters selling holy relics and interesting potions and there will be many other historical characters. 

Admission details

The fayre runs for 3 days.

Friday 10 December 10am-5pm
Saturday 11 December 10am-5pm
Sunday 12 December 12noon-5pm

Admission costs £3 for adults but children under 12 accompanied by an adult are FREE
